Position Title: Intelligence Reporting Systems Administrator
Location: Suffolk, VA (NAVIFOR HQ)
Clearance Required: TS/SCI
Salary Range: $95,000 – $120,000
Position Summary: Vectrona is seeking an experienced Intelligence Reporting Systems Administrator to support the Navy’s enterprise-level Intelligence and Information Warfare (IW) mission. This role provides technical and operational support for CHROME and HOT-R—two of the Navy’s critical CI/HUMINT reporting platforms—by managing user accounts, ensuring reporting quality, and delivering training across NAVIFOR and subordinate commands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage user accounts and role-based permissions within CHROME and HOT-R
- Conduct quality control reviews of Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs), NIPs, and related submissions
- Track and report platform usage metrics to support readiness and program oversight
- Deliver desk-side and remote training to end users on CHROME functionality and SOPs
- Assist in the transition and sustainment of CHROME tools in coordination with OPNAV N2X and USFF
- Provide SME support during Fleet-level exercises and operational planning teams (OPTs)
- Collaborate across IW domains to ensure alignment with broader Navy reporting requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of a DoD-certified HUMINT or CI course
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in intelligence support roles, with at least 2 years supporting a Navy 2X organization
- Demonstrated expertise with CHROME and HOT-R operations and reporting workflows
- Familiarity with source operations, SOMM policy, and HUMINT/CI reporting doctrine
- Prior experience conducting training or end-user instruction in an operational environment
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant military or operational experience may substitute
